Enquire & Consult
Let us know exactly what it is your after. Do you want an exact replica of one of our designs, or do you want alterations made? Keep in mind that we have thoroughly designed our plans & models to work - providing quality designs for fixed budgets. If you're not sure what would best suit your requirements, we can provide an early consultation service.
Choose Your Design Package
Flesh out your plan set by selecting any required add-on packages, and secure your design with a deposit.
Site Specific Preliminary Work
Survey, site plans and locality produced. Gathering information such as geotechnical. Council DP etc?
Receive Your Plan Set
At this point you want to be talking to a builder. We have recommended builders in the Wairarapa, Wellington and Hawke's Bay regions - and can put you in touch. Alternatively you can take your plans to a local builder for final pricing. When you give us the go-ahead we will submit your plans to your Council for consent, on your behalf.
Finalisation & Building
Select our construction consultation option for help along the way, and we can be available to liaise with any builders queries throughout the building phase.
